Serving the promotional industry means working with specific dates and events. Here's what you need to know to ensure your product arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Working on a specific time frame? We have policies and best-practice suggestions to help ensure target dates are practical and met by our staff. With that in mind, there are also things that happen in transit that are outside of our control. Help us mitigate these concerns with proper planning for your custom products.
Expedited Shipping Isn't Guaranteed
Please keep in mind that shipping using an expedited method such as Next Day Air does not actually guarantee delivery under most circumstances — especially with oversize packages. UPS specifically states these are not guaranteed. Even with insurance, packages that arrive late are typically only credited back the shipping cost; the product cost is not insured for late arrival.
Shipping to an Event or Trade Show?
We often ship products directly to events due to the rush situations common in our industry. However, this is not recommended in any situation. Delays frequently occur within UPS, FedEx, or LTL carrier networks that are outside of our control. We strongly suggest ordering your product to arrive at an alternate location at least one week prior to the event to check for damage or accommodate any transit delays.
Have a Specific In-Hands Date?
No worries — we're very familiar with firm in-hands dates. We will guarantee to ship the product on the agreed date using the method on your PO and invoice. If a submitted date is not achievable, we will promptly notify you and discuss RUSH production or expedited shipping options. What we cannot guarantee is carrier delivery time, as small package and LTL carriers often experience transit delays outside of our control.
Concerned About Getting Your Custom Print On Time?
Nearly all of our products are custom printed per order and we very rarely experience production delays. The most common delay is artwork submitted in a format that won't maintain print quality. We always recommend providing art on our templates in a vector format (AI or EPS). Once submitted, proofs are provided within 1–2 business days. After approval, most orders print and move to production within 1–2 business days — well within our standard 7–10 business day window. Rush options for most items offer a 4–5 business day production time.
Accuracy of Your PO & Invoice Is Critical
Please ensure proper shipping information is on the original PO. We audit every address for accuracy, but a missing suite number or company name can be enough to misdirect a package. Providing correct in-hands dates allows us to flag any concerns when entering the order. Once invoiced, please audit the shipping date, method, and address — your order will ship exactly as shown on your invoice.
Please Allow Proper Time for Production & Shipping
Delays in transit do occur and are outside of Ozark Games' control. We try extremely hard to prevent production errors and take great care in building accurate, well-made games. But we are not perfect — from time to time an error will occur, damage will take place, or a carrier will lose a package. Please help us prevent unnecessary problems by allowing proper time to build, ship, and troubleshoot issues if they arise.

Follow these steps to give your order the best chance of arriving on time and in perfect condition.
Order your product to arrive at least 1 week before your event
Ship to a home or office address first — not directly to the venue
Provide artwork in vector format (AI or EPS) on our templates
Respond to proofs promptly to avoid production delays
Double-check all shipping details on your invoice before production begins
Communicate your in-hands date clearly on your purchase order
